Light Up A Life

During this holiday season we pause to extend our most sincere appreciation to everyone in our community who supports Hospice Services of Lake County through volunteerism, advocacy, prayer, thrift store shopping, financial assistance, or in-kind contribution.  Your involvement is valued and meaningful – you are making a difference!  We could not fulfill our Mission of providing compassionate end-of-life care without you.

We are particularly grateful to our Star Level and Milky Way supporters of the Light Up a Life celebrations in Lakeport and Clearlake.  These individuals and organizations have shown a generosity that is especially heartwarming and truly humbling.  We thank you on behalf of all those patients and families we have had the honor to serve in the past year.
