POSITION: ON-CALL / PER DIEM

We are seeking outgoing, independent, energetic RN Case Managers who can make a difference in the lives of our patients. Home health or hospice experience a plus. A minimum of three years of acute care experience required. Excellent opportunity for a motivated RN who enjoys interaction with patients and families.
