Hospice Services of Lake County & Lake Palliative Care, a non-profit health care organization, is in search of a leader who can inspire their team to meet and exceed excellent performance standards while maintaining high quality services and maintaining fiscal sustainability.

The ideal candidate should possess a college degree in a relevant field of study and a minimum of five years of progressive supervision, non-profit management, and leadership experience in a Healthcare or ideally Hospice/Palliative care setting. Additionally, they should have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with community-based organizations, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and form partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other health care partners. Expertise in complying with complex government regulations, as well as Hospice and Palliative Care proficiency, is also preferred.

Serving Lake County for more than four decades, Hospice Services of Lake County & Lake Palliative Care is known for their home-based Hospice and Palliative Care services and stellar community bereavement services, which offers individual counseling, Wings of Hope Camp, and bereavement support groups. Funding for these programs comes from three thrift stores and various fund development activities.

$125,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year with benefits and generous PTO
