At Hospice Services of Lake County, our main goal is the safety and health of our patients, families, clients and staff.
We are tracking the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19 situation and following all guidelines provided by the California Department of Public Health, the Lake County Health Services Department, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. All of our clinical and Interdisciplinary staff members have received vaccinations against the virus and follow all current mandates including masking. Our Clinical and Interdisplinary management is adhereing to CDC requirements based on the Covid-19 commmuunity level map and will adjust accordingly.  Our goal is the health and safety of our patients, families and employees.

Hospice & Palliative Care Services
Our staff are continually updated and educated on COVID-19 and infection control practices. As we continue to put plans in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are including our patients and families in this decision-making, as our staff typically make home visits. Our Hospice & Palliative Care Management is adhereing to CDC requirements based on the Covid-19 commmuunity level map and will adjust accordingly. We want to make sure our patients and families feel fully supported.   We are always available by phone 24/7 and remain available to make visits as needed.

Grief Support Services

We are available for individual support by phone or in-person appointments following CDC guidelines.  Our on going support groups are now meeting in person at an indoor venue. Our Grief Support management is adhereing to CDC requirements based on the Covid-19 commmuunity level map and will adjust accordingly.

Youth Grief Support Services

Greif and loss counseling is fundamental for those children experiencing a loss, however we recognize for children to gain skills they must also feel safe first.  Our school-based Wings of Hope grief counseling will be offered in person following each of our local school’s mandates.

Thrift Stores
