The Journey Through Grief

You are not alone. Participants will gain tools for navigating grief and receive support from others with similar experiences. In group we share our unique stories and memories of our loved ones. Groups are structured with half education and half optional interaction. Specific topics are presented each week. Each session builds on the next, so attendance at all sessions is essential.
