We are seeking a visionary leader with an extraordinary ability to successfully strategize, manage and lead people while fostering an organizational culture that supports employee inclusion. Master’s degree in the health science or Public Health Administration. Five years of progressive supervisory clinical management and leadership within a health care setting are required. Experience within government organizations, participating in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with governing boards, community coalitions and commissions is required. Successful experience working with skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare partner organizations. Working knowledge in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for emergency preparedness response plans, including pandemic response. Proficiency in compliance with complex governmental regulatory standards and clinical Hospice and Palliative Care expertise required.
