Our programs are growing, and we are seeking full-time, part-time and per diem
Registered Nurses for Palliative and Hospice Care services. RN Nurse Case Managers
collaborate with team members to support patients and caregivers in their homes by
managing symptoms, educating, and coordinating supportive services.

Specialized training, coaching, and support are provided for clinical team members.

The salary ranges from $47.28 to $56.00 per hour with generous benefits. Work hours
are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with weekly evening on-call requested and
a one-in-6 Saturday daytime schedule supported by a professional answering service.
