Making your end-of-life wishes known before a medical crisis is probably the most important decision you will ever make.  If you cannot speak for yourself, do you want strangers deciding what kinds of medical procedures will be done to your body?  If you want to have a say, then you need to have that conversation with your family, your loved ones and your doctor.
